Customer Support is available every minute of every day via the Internet, e-mail, fax, and voice mail, or by telephone during local support hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday-Friday). Our goal is to go beyond quick problem resolution, and prevent problems before they occur.

Central to our long-term commitment to clients is our tangible guarantee of quality, delivered and measured via our maintenance agreement. The agreement covers standard, urgent, and emergency service levels as well as a quarterly wellness check. The wellness check is a two day, on-site assessment of ThotWave’s application performance-from personnel, technology, and process perspectives. You receive concrete performance feedback with strategic and tactical recommendations to keep your application most effective in a changing business and technology landscape.
